Tenant selection is the first step in ensuring your property has been successfully managed. This is why take great care in choosing the right tenants for your property. We attract a wide range of high-quality applicants from our focus on the marketing and advertisement of your property, including; holding open houses, availability listings, internet advertisement and more. We carefully examine the applicant’s rental history, credit and financial limitations, while processing the applications. Only when we are confident do we recommend the tenant to you. We recommend a tenant only when we have reached high confidence in our decision.
WE MAINTAIN YOUR PROPERTY IN THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY:
We evaluate all requests and determine which are appropriate. Once a request has been approved, we select the best person for the job. We affiliate with highly skilled and professional tradespeople to ensure your investment is repaired and serviced with the best possible outcomes. We can also use landlord nominated tradespeople or provide multiple quotes, depending on your requests.
WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN:
We run our open houses 7 days a week so that you don’t have to wait for Saturdays. All inquires are dealt with on a daily basis

Once your property has been rented, we run a continuous program to guarantee your property is well maintained, and your investment is protected.
